Q. What should I bring when boarding my pet?
We provide all food, bedding, and kitty litter. You’re welcome to bring your pet’s favourite blanket, toy, or soft bedding. Please ensure you bring any special diet requirements or medication.
Q. What food do you provide? Can I bring my own?
We proudly use our own BARF mince mixtures that we sell publicly through Paws & Whiskers as well high-quality GRAIN FREE dry kibble. If your pet has special dietary requirements, you’re welcome to supply their food and we’ll feed it as instructed – NO CHARGE.
Q. Can pets share a room?
Yes, pets from the same family may board together if suitable.
Q. What vaccinations are required?
For everyone’s safety, all pets must be up to date with vaccinations. Cats require F3 (or equivalent) and dogs require C5. Proof of vaccination is needed at check-in and must be valid for at least 2 weeks prior to entry.
Q. Do you administer medication?
Yes, we can give oral or topical medication as per your instructions. Please bring medications clearly labelled. A small $2/ daily fee applies.
Q. Can I visit the kennels/cattery before booking?
Absolutely. Inspections are welcome by appointment—just contact us to arrange a suitable time
Q. Can I pick up outside your check-in and check-out times?
Yes, this can be arranged by prior approval, a $25 fee applies. For safety reasons, we can only offer this service during daylight hours.
Q. What if my pet becomes unwell?
We’ll contact you straight away and, if required, take your pet to your nominated vet (or our trusted local vet if yours is unavailable). Please see our terms and conditions for further details.
